Argentinean writer Ada De Rocca, Rabindrath Tagore's muse, travels to Cairo and Baghdad over Istanbul in the Orient Express and writes on fashion. She is a borgesian. Her characters are fashion icons of the 1920's to 1940's. Lillie and Sara Wolgenthal, Helga Harrenstein, Lena Braun and Héléonore Delevainiere are all fashion poets and inspiring muses, and so is Ada de Rocca, daughter of a railroad constructor in Mar del Plata and a poetesse writing under the pen name of Nora Marlène from her mansion on Rio Negro.
